Hi ya'll! I feel like it's been awhile since I last posted. We've been busy getting used to having a kiddo in school and all that goes with that.
I still have been staying up-to-date with my Project Life. I seriously have no idea how. I have no magic formula to keep me on it. I just try to remember to print pictures while they're still in my memory, and then get to creating after the boys are in bed. :)
I decided to skip posting about Week 31 since that was the week that we had VBS at our church and then one side of the spread was all about my son's open house at school. The pictures had a lot of personal information and plenty of kids that I felt I should probably not be posting without parents' permission.
But here's the title card that I made for the VBS side:
It was a pirate theme.
cute, right? :)
SO: on to week 32!
Left side:
A night at the fair!
I'll give ya a cookie if you can tell me the 2 mistakes on my title ;)
This was a very important night at the fair. It was the first time that Reed has been on a ride EVER and first time that Chase went on a rollercoaster by himself.
For some reason I was drawn to this paper that had pink in it. Since I'm a boy mama with all nephews and brothers, I don't get to use pink very often, so I ran with it! :)
The "little birdie" card is from Pebbles and the raffle tickets are from Who. Knows. Where. They were in my scrap pile and they matched, so yeah. :)
Now for a more manly page.... ;)
Reed's first time watching Monster Trucks. Despite Chase's scared face he loved it also. :)
I made the journaling card using up a couple of different older papers and stickers.
Alrighty. Week 33.
Left side:
If you saw my post on our Living Room then you saw these pictures already.
The left journaling card is a K&Co Smash card. Then the right card is from Pebbles.
OK Right side:
My baby is officially a kindergartener. The yellow cards on the bottom of the LO are from a greeting card that we gave Chase. (You Are My Sunshine is "our song".) I just cut it down a little and cut the front off to put on in the pockets. Since I knew I was going to use this card and the 2 vertical pics of Chase, I decided to try the Design D page protector. It has 4 vertical 4X6's and 4 horizontal 3X4's. I have to say that I really didn't care for it. I'm not totally sure why but I much rather prefer the Design A pages.
This title card was made using paper from Recollection, some print offs from Pinterest and a label from Jenni Bowlin.
Well that's it for now. I have weeks 34 &35 done but I'll wait for another post. :)
Thank you so much for sharing. It is so much fun seeing other Project Lifers layouts. I just pinned to our Saturday Share Project Life board.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I am so glad I found a couple different blogs that have Project Life linky parties. Love seeing everyone else's layouts.
