Pinterest Project: Puzzle storage

I'm kinda sorta totally addicted to Pinterest. (I mean, really. Who isn't?)

So I have decided I need to stop just pinning things and actually DO some of the projects I've been pinning.
When I saw this idea on Penny Pumpernickel Pants, I KNEW I had to do it.
Chase loves puzzles. He has loved them since he was around 2. Which is great. Can't complain.
The problem is, when you have about 20 of those boxes, they take up a lot of room and are hard to store.
So what I did is gather all of his puzzles together and got to work. I cut out the front picture of the puzzle.

I headed out to Dollar Tree, and grabbed as many pencil cases as they had. Yes, I got some funny looks but hey, you do what you gotta do. It's for my children. ;)  Simply dump the puzzle pieces into the case. Since the case has a little window in front, you can just put the cut out picture in front to identify it easily!

Now they are so easy to organize in a drawer or basket and very convenient to just grab when you want to put one together.

So much so that Chase has been asking me every night to do one during our time after Reed goes to bed.
So there you go! 1 project down, 1 million to go. :)
